1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Blissify app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

Blissify is operated by Potensial.ai LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Who Can Use Blissify

You must be at least 18 years old to use Blissify. The App is designed for adults and is not intended for use by children.

3. Your Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Blissify, including journal entries, photos, and other personal data ("User Content").

By using the App, you grant Potensial.ai LTD a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to store, use, process, and display your User Content solely:

• •To operate and maintain the app
• •To generate AI-powered insights
• •To create your personalized photobook

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not share it without your permission.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Blissify is offered as a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees displayed in the App store at the time of purchase.

• •Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.
• •Refunds are limited and subject to the policies of the platform through which you subscribed.
• •Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Use of AI and Insights Disclaimer

Blissify uses AI to generate insights based on your journal entries and photos. These insights are for personal reflection and entertainment only.

They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, parenting, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to upload, store, or distribute any content that:

• •Violates any law or regulation
• •Contains offensive, abusive, or hateful material
• •Includes child exploitation, harassment, or violence
• •Infringes on the rights of others (e.g., copyright or privacy)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You may delete your account and data at any time via the App settings. Once deleted, your content is permanently erased from our systems.

8. Data Storage and Security

All user data is securely stored using Supabase, a third-party provider that implements industry-standard encryption and security practices.

9. Availability and Modifications

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Features may change or be removed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potensial.ai LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Blissify, including reliance on AI-generated insights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
